Sovirén Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These Gift Card Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all Sovirén digital gift cards (“Gift Cards”) purchased, received, or redeemed through the Sovirén online store. By purchasing, accepting, or using a Sovirén Gift Card, you agree to these Terms.
1. Digital Gift Cards
Sovirén Gift Cards are digital products and are delivered electronically to the email address provided during purchase or designated for the recipient. No physical gift card will be mailed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address when purchasing a Gift Card.
2. Redemption
Sovirén Gift Cards may be redeemed toward eligible merchandise available through the Sovirén online store.
Gift Cards may be used until the available balance has been fully redeemed. If the total cost of an order exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining balance must be paid using another payment method accepted by Sovirén.
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.
3. Gift Card Balances
The value of a Gift Card is determined by the denomination selected at the time of purchase.
If only part of the Gift Card balance is used, the remaining balance may be applied toward future eligible purchases.
Gift Cards have no cash value outside of Sovirén and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.
4. Expiration & Fees
Sovirén Gift Cards do not expire, and Sovirén does not charge inactivity, maintenance, or service fees for maintaining an unused Gift Card balance.
Where applicable law establishes additional protections concerning expiration dates or fees, those laws will apply.
5. Returns & Refunds
Gift Card purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.
If merchandise purchased using a Gift Card qualifies for a refund under the Sovirén Return & Refund Policy, the applicable refund may be returned to the original Gift Card or provided through another method permitted under Sovirén’s applicable policies.
Returning merchandise purchased with a Gift Card does not entitle the customer to receive the refund in cash unless required by law.
6. Promotions & Discounts
Gift Cards may generally be used toward eligible merchandise, including qualifying promotional purchases. However, individual promotions, discounts, collections, or special offers may contain additional restrictions.
Promotional codes and discounts generally cannot be applied to the purchase of a Gift Card unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. Lost, Stolen or Unauthorized Gift Cards
Gift Cards and their associated codes should be treated like cash.
Sovirén is not responsible for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, deleted, delivered to an incorrectly entered email address, or used without authorization, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Customers should never publicly share, post, or disclose their Gift Card code.
If you believe your Gift Card has been compromised, contact Sovirén Customer Support as soon as possible. Sovirén may request reasonable information to verify the original purchase before providing assistance.
8. Fraud & Misuse
Sovirén reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to refuse, cancel, suspend, or review a Gift Card or associated transaction when there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unauthorized activity, payment disputes, system abuse, or other unlawful activity.
Sovirén may request additional verification before allowing a Gift Card transaction to proceed.
9. Currency
Gift Cards are issued in the store currency associated with the original purchase. When Gift Cards are used in another supported currency or market, currency conversion may be handled according to the exchange rate and checkout functionality available through the Sovirén online store at the time of redemption.
The amount ultimately applied to an order may therefore be affected by applicable currency conversion.
10. Transfer & Resale
Gift Cards may be given to another person as a gift. However, Gift Cards may not be resold or otherwise used for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Sovirén does not guarantee or assume responsibility for Gift Cards purchased from unauthorized third parties or resale platforms.
11. Changes to These Terms
Sovirén reserves the right to update these Gift Card Terms & Conditions when reasonably necessary, including to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable law.
Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Changes will not reduce rights that cannot legally be waived or retroactively alter Gift Card protections where prohibited by applicable law.
12. Applicable Law
These Terms are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
